Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policies

Costs: You can order a Bloomatini to be shipped to multiple addresses within a single order for only $5 per Bloomatini to anywhere in the continental United States. We ship our paper flower bouquets throughout the United States using USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Home, depending on your shipping destination. Shipping costs will vary for wholesale and corporate orders.

International: We ship our Bloomatinis to virtually anywhere in the world! Since they don't require water, they can safely be shipped to any corner of the globe. When ordering to any destination outside of the United States, you can select either USPS Priority Mail International (6 - 10 business days ship time), or USPS Express International (3 - 5 business days ship time). Please note that the actual ship times will vary depending on destination and specific arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. 

Domestic Timing: When you order by noon (Eastern Standard Time) on a given day, we will ship your order the following business day, unless otherwise specified in your order. Most orders are delivered within 2-4 business days depending on the shipping method selected and the shipment’s destination.

If you need an order to arrive by a specific date, please indicate on your order that you would like the order to "arrive by" that date. Within the continental USA, please be sure to leave at least 5 business days before your desired "arrive by" date in order to ensure on-time arrival, unless you choose Express shipping. Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival on a specific date. 

Express: We typically use USPS Priority Mail Express for all customers who select Express shipping at checkout. Express shipping is guaranteed to take 1 or 2 days nationwide after shipping. Express shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination.

Holidays: We typically publish an order deadline on the holiday category page. All orders placed before these deadlines are guaranteed to arrive within the continental USA before the given holiday. Often we will also set a slightly later deadline for orders shipping within North Carolina, or nationwide but only after selecting Express shipping at checkout. We cannot guarantee that a gift will arrive on a specific date, without contacting us to make arrangements. 

Issues: While we cannot take responsibility for shipping issues due to an incorrect or insufficient address information, or inclement weather, we will take full responsibility for any errors made by us or our shipping carriers.

Return Policies

If you are for any reason unsatisfied with the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact us to report the problem.

If for some reason the wrong item is delivered or if the bloom arrives in sub-standard condition, please contact us within 3 days of delivery in order to qualify for a replacement.

If an order does not arrive, or is significantly delayed, please contact us to let us know. If it is determined that the issue was caused by an incorrect or outdated address we cannot take responsibility for the issue.

For blooms that arrive late due to severe weather, earthquakes, or other acts of god that slow down our shipping partners, we may provide a replacement Bloomatini on a case by case basis depending on the timing of the delivery of the original Bloom. If this is the case for you, please contact us.
