Can I send a Bloomatini to multiple addresses within one order?

I want to order several blooms to be shipped to the same address. Do I have to pay shipping for each one?

Unfortunately yes. Because of the special way we package our blooms, each bloom must be shipped separately. This means that the flat shipping cost of $5 is per bloom ordered. Back to Top


I received an email saying that my order has been shipped. When will it arrive?
Depending on your shipping location, it will arrive between 1 and 3 business days with standard Priority mail. If you chose Express mail, it should arrive within 1-2 days. Rural Route deliveries may ship parcel post and have extended delivery times. Your email confirmation message should include a tracking number so if you’d like to keep an eye on your shipment, please copy and paste that number into the right box at www.USPS.com. I would like a Bloomatini to arrive on a specific day, is that possible?
You can specify an “arrive by” date at checkout and we’ll make sure it arrives on or before that date, as long as you leave at least 5 business days. Unfortunately since we often ship USPS Priority Mail and they cannot guarantee arrival on an exact day, we cannot provide a guarantee of a specific arrival date. We can however write, “Do Not Open until X date” upon request. Back to Top


I would like to order a Bloomatini now, but have it arrive in a few weeks before a certain date. Can I still order now?

Yes, you can go ahead and order now for shipment later. Simply make sure that when you order, you fill in the box that says, “When would you like your order to arrive by?” We’ll figure out when to ship according to your date and destination. Just make sure to leave at least 5 business days before providing an “arrive by” date. Back to Top

I live locally, can I order online for local pickup without paying shipping?

Every order comes with a packing slip that shows the billing name and address. This slip will not contain any pricing information. You can also write a free personal message that will be printed and added to your gift. Back to Top

Do the paper flowers come in a vase? How are they packaged?
Every small and large Bloomatini arrives standing tall in a classic French bucket. The French buckets are filled with a special paper that holds the stems in place. The bouquet is then placed in a special box that holds the bouquet up-right to maximize the impact of your gift upon opening. Back to Top

How big is a Bloomatini?
The large bloom is 16” high and 12” wide. The small bloom is 14” high and 10” wide. The single comes nested in a small gift box. Back to Top

Since my Bloomatini will last a long time, what do I do with it when I’m done enjoying it?
When you’re all done enjoying your blooms, feel free to reuse them on gifts and packages and pay them forward to make someone else’s day bright and beautiful. Back to Top

I am interested in a particular bloom, but it doesn’t seem to come with a “Leaf a Note” option. Is there some way to add one anyway?
Unfortunately, some of our blooms do not come with a leaf a note option, in part because the bloom itself typically contains its own message. Also, usually these blooms are the only ones that come in a particular color combination, which means we don’t carry leaf a note options that come in colors that would coordinate with those patterns and look nice. Are your paper flowers environmentally friendly?
Yes, all of our blooms are made from recycled and eco-friendly materials. Our paper blooms are made with paper that is between 80-100% PCW (post consumer waste). Back to Top

Yes. While nearly 80% of all fresh cut flowers sold in the United States are imported, we are committed to creating jobs and supporting the local economy. All of our blooms are printed, hand-assembled and arranged in the great state of North Carolina. Back to Top
